Processing of NCOA Address Changes

This tab on the NCOA Processing dialog gives you access to the Export NCOA Data program, which exports voter addresses to a text file in preparation for delivery to an NCOA vendor.

The export format is selected on the List Maintenance Options dialog, which is accessed from the Utilities icon.

The export file contains the residential and mailing addresses of Active and PreReg voters (minus those with protected addresses) to a text (TXT) file, which can then be delivered to an outside vendor for NCOA processing. See Prepare a File of Voter Addresses for an NCOA Vendor for more information.
